VYPA is a family-owned Australian workwear company with over 30 years in the industry, specialising in customised workwear for the rail and civil sectors.
With a bold ambition to become the fastest workwear company on the market, they set their sights on something no one in Australia had done before: a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround on decorated, personalised workwear. The catch? Their back-end systems were nowhere near ready for it.

Orders arriving through their website had to be manually re-entered into MYOB Acumatica. Physical cards tracked jobs through production, and when a card went missing, so did the order. VYPA needed more than a standard integration.
They needed a platform capable of handling custom embroidery details, uploaded design files, and personalised garment names, all flowing automatically into MYOB Acumatica the moment an order was placed. Weka Online built exactly that.
Five Years Ahead of Schedule.
VYPA launched SOS24, Australia's first guaranteed 24-hour decorated workwear service, five years ahead of their original ten-year plan. Online sales grew 93% in the first 12 months, over 1,500 hours of annual admin were eliminated, and the system is built to scale to 10 to 20 times order volume without adding headcount. What once seemed like a decade away is now their everyday reality.
