How are sales orders synced from Shopify?

We use the order created Shopify webhook to sync a sales order from Shopify into your ERP System. Based on timing, expect the Shopify webhook to take around 2 – 3 minutes to complete the sync.

Our system also works with the order updated Shopify webhook, resulting in updated sales order information sent into your ERP. This webhook is commonly used if a status update occurs within Shopify and you need to send a notification to your ERP System.
