We use the order created WooCommerce webhook to sync a sales order from WooCommerce into your ERP System. Based on timing, expect the WooCommerce webhook to take around 2 – 3 minutes to complete the sync.

Our system also works with the order updated WooCommerce webhook, resulting in updated sales order information sent into your ERP. This webhook is commonly used if a status update occurs within WooCommerce and you need to send a notification to your ERP System.
