Last Chance Archery
A Family Business Built on Better.
Last Chance Archery started with a problem and a spark. In 2004, Leon Pittman watched a bow blow out of a press at a local archery shop and thought: There has to be a better way. He went home and designed what became the Power Press. Twenty years on, Last Chance Archery manufactures over 150 products spanning presses, draw boards, saws, scales, and precision tuning tools from their family-run facility in Pendergrass, Georgia. Much of their team are archers themselves, which means they build for the people they understand best.

A System Out of Scope.
Before the integration, Last Chance Archery's webstore had no connection to Acumatica. Every online order arrived as an email, was manually re-keyed into the system step by step, and had no automated shipping. During sales, 100 orders could land overnight and take days to process. The team needed a proper solution, and Next Level Information Solutions pointed them to Weka Online.
One System, No Bottlenecks.
Today, every order placed on the Last Chance Archery website syncs automatically into Acumatica, is accurate, and is ready to process. International customers can now order online with real-time shipping calculated at checkout. The bow repair and rebuild workflow, previously handled with paper forms, now has its own section on the website where customers fill in what they need, and it flows straight through. In year one, Last Chance Archery anticipates saving around 1,200 hours of admin time and growing online sales by 40%.
